Mr. Chintam SRINIVASA REDDY, the Director of the Ignite IAS has nearly three decades of experience in the education sector. He has been associated with the Royal Group of Colleges since its inception as promoter and Director. He is responsible for the overall working of the group and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the group in educational and external programs. Besides this, Mr. SRINIVASA REDDY is experienced in areas of educational secretarial practice. SRINIVASA REDDY has extensive experience in corporate management and marketing in the resources sector including over 30 years with the Royal group of Colleges.

Mr. N S Reddy, one of the founders of Ignite IAS, with an impressive and diverse educational background in History (MA), Financial Management (MBA), Personnel Management (PGDPM), Law(LL B), Eco-tourism (M Sc) and Hospitality Management (PGDTHM), is our Hon. Director(Edu) & Chief Mentor. Being a former Civil Servant, he brings in vast and extensive administrative experience to the organisation, guiding it to run smoothly and function effectively. With his academic excellence and administrative acumen he is adept in formulating innovative strategies and solutions for the students to excel in any competitive environment, especially in the Civil Services Examination. A level headed educationist, trainer and an expert in crisis management, he has a strong record in taking up leadership roles and also in mentoring and motivating the students to transform themselves into visionary leaders and efficient administrators.
DEAN - Civils
Mr. A.N.REDDY, Dean of Civil Service Programme, has nearly a decade of experience in mentoring civil service students in Delhi. His niche areas include Current Affairs, Polity, Governance, Ethics and Essay writing. His answer writing sessions have shaped countless students. He is the chief architect behind Ignite IAS’s stellar academic track record, and Sir’s innovative programmes, such as Astra, Diksha, Sumedha, Samiksha, and Lakshya modules, have fostered an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
A N Reddy believes in a holistic learning approach and also ensuring the best quality education and guidance to students. He goes beyond the traditional role of a teacher, acting as a mentor and guide for students. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Pavan holds dual degrees: a B.E. (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering and an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Biological Sciences. His deep understanding of civil services preparation and examinations has been pivotal in creating innovative academic frameworks that elevate overall academic performance.
Beyond academics, Pavan’s expertise extends to marketing strategies and financial planning, enabling institutions to achieve sustainable growth while reaching their goals effectively.
